The devices are a 3D NAND e.MMC flash storage solution for mid and high-end mobile devices. The iNAND 7550 series is based on the latest 3D NAND technology and the 4th generation SmartSLC architecture. The iNAND 7550 combine enhanced performance with the mature e.MMC interface for a better user experience. Launch applications, download and capture high-resolution videos with up to 256GB capacity in a small form factor. The iNAND 7550 EFD is designed for mid- and high-end mobile devices and thin-and-light compute devices.
