Qorvo QPA2225D GaN Driver Amplifier

Qorvo QPA2225D GaN Driver Amplifier is a wide band Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) Driver Amplifier fabricated on the 0.15um GaN (Gallium Nitride) on SiC (Silicon Carbide) process (QGaN15). Covering a 28GHz to 38GHz frequency range, the QPA2225D Amplifier provides >0.4W of saturated output power with >23dB of small-signal gain. The QPA2225D has DC blocking capacitors on both RF ports, which are matched to 50Ω.
