Nexperia 74LVC162245A-Q100 16-bit Transceiver
Nexperia 74LVC162245A-Q100 16-bit Transceiver features non-inverting 3-state bus compatible outputs in both send and receive directions. This device feature two Output Enable (nOE) inputs for easy cascading and two send/receive (nDIR) inputs for direction control. The inputs can be driven from either 3.3V or 5V device but when disabled, up to 5.5V can be applied to the outputs. These features allow the use of this device in mixed 3.3V and 5V applications. Both HIGH and LOW output stages include 30Ω series termination resistors to reduce line noise.
